So what? Have a parent join the club for you. They don't have to ever attend, but I would hope they would be willing to help you in this way.

have you tried here?... https://www.nybc.net/resources/
I didn't really feel like looking through the links but there are a LOT there, and a lot of clubs too.
Also here...https://www.kissena.info/links.htm
Look at the section for "general racing" and there is a New England Bike racing association, New Jersey association, and a list of New York races.

There isn't a single central listing, but some good ones are https://www.truesport.com/Bike/2006/c...hatlantic.html and https://www.racelistings.com/home.htm It's early in the year, so there aren't many listings yet, but have a look around those sites and see. You should check back in as it gets closer to spring. Any of the races that have information/flyers listed should tell you if there is a junior category. If not, they should at least have the e-mail or phone number of someone who can tell you.
Good luck

let me know what you find out from your LBS and other resources people have suggested. USA cycling lists local clubs here... https://www.usacycling.org/clubs/index.php?state=NY
talk with your parents and express to them your desire to ride/race with a club team, I hope they would support your interests. Do you have friends who cycle?
