Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Wheel Size Conversion

I found some Mavic wheels for sale and want to make sure I purchase correct size. I currently run 700c X20mm tires on my bikes, but these wheels are advertised as 622 X 13. I don't think they are 650c size wheels, but haven't gotten any info yet from seller. I've gotten this information off of something before when purchasing tires, but I can't remember where. Any help would be appreciated.

standard 700C road wheels are 622mm in diameter. 650C are 571mm.

Sorry for the confusion with your place of residence. I didn't read your pic caption closely enough.
Thanks for the info.
