Very important OCP question. . .
I am putting a new saddle and bar tape on my 06 Reno and I need some help on the color scheme. I am going for the Fizik Airone Titanium - Special Edition saddle and some Stella Azzurra Eleganza bar tape. The question is what colors, would look best with the silver bike. I was thinking either red or blue. What saddle do you think would look best? Then what bar tape to go with that? I have an idea on what colors, but I wanted to see what everyone else thought.

I've always liked the combo of a silver machine with red accents. My backup bike is like that.
Just my two-cents worth.

I am a big lover of blue. Both my high end bikes are blue. However, if I was build another bike for my stable, I would probably go with a red theme, just because I don't have one.
Besides, if you're a Red Sox fan....

If you go with red, be sure to get one of these:
I got one to go with my red accented bike.

I agree, the full monty red would be too much. You want to keep the red understated as an accent color with that bike.....purdy!

If you're on a bedget the Forte SLX is agood saddle from what Rad says (red, silver and black). Otehrewise, I am sure you could muttle on by with an Arione.

I really, really like the looks of the Airone and I recently had a birthday so i got some extra cash to blow, The only problem is I think people got gift certs. to performancebike.com and they do not carry the Airone in Red and Black.

Stuck in Toeclips
Look at the $$ and thought we put into transportation devices that at their very lightest and under their strongest riders have a terrible power-to-weight ratio.
= both laugh and cry.
Anyone who can rationalize over a few hundred bucks for a bike or who can rationalize discussing bikes on an internet forum has got this terrible illness. The meandering symptom chart (bike weight ... frame material ... tack-brazed vs. pinned vs. tigged vs. monocoque ... bar, seat & tape color ...) can get downright perverse. That no one has sought to form a recovery group for our addiction after all these years speaks highly of the sport.
