Personal Best
To get in my ride yesterday i got my wife to go out to my parents (Roughly 30 miles away) and told her I would meet her there in about 2 to 2 1/2 hours. We leave at the same time and I take off. So I'm heading down the highway and look down at my heart rate and it's down to about 150bpm. So I think to myself wow, I can crank it up a bit. So i did. Ended up there in a little over an hour and a half and averaged 17.1mph. This is a personal best for me as I usually only avg about 15-15.5 mph on this ride. Conditions were pretty much the same as usual. Slight headwind, 70F, etc...
On a side note. Did 20miles today and averaged 14.1mph I swear it was a head wind no matter which direction I went. I hate wind.
