Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Glad to see he's got aerobars on it - he'll need to be fast to avoid an as* kicking on that ugly thing!

Is this a joke? I personally never saw an uglier bike. Sorry if it's our, I hope you like it.

My first impression was "fugly" but after looking at it again, I can really see that thing flying and fitting in at the Ironman. As a Clydesdale, just looking at that thing gives me the heebie jeebies...it's much too easy to imagine folding that frame on a good bump.

Sierra Hotel....

Or **** Hot as my fighter pilot buddies would say. Tri geek gear is always on the flashy side and most roadies don't really appreciate that. However, the bike looks like a poor fit for whomever is riding it. Aero bar pads are almost level with the saddle with all of those spacers. With a good fit, there should be a significant drop.

Interesting paint job, I kinda like it, actually. How do you manage without the seat tube? Some pretty crazy geometry there.

I have to say ... I am always torn when I see nice flashy paint jobs which some I really like. Then, other times, I see very muted single or solid colors (i.e. all blacked out bikes, etc.) that also look very classy. I think "to-each-his/her-own".

Very flashy ... and if I was a Tri guy ... it would fit pretty well with the other flashy bikes!

The more I look at the photo ... the more I wonder if it is a Photoshop mod?? Look at the rear brake caliper cable entry into the frame. Maybe it is just my eyes playing tricks on me. The "white" part of the top tube seems very bright ... but just from the flash of the camera most likely. Regardless, this is one flashy bike!

Haha that's a definite close second to the BMC. At least whoever painted that knew what they were doing though. Has anyone seen the custom paint Cervelos? Another perfect example of paint ruining an awesome frame.

And for those who say that the Kestral is the ugliest bike ever...

I rather have that BMC than the Kestral. No competition there.

I've seen worse, but maybe only 2. Sorry.

On another note, and I mean this in all seriousness. What is the point of aero bars if you have it all stacked up on those spacers?
