Spectrum. Frame & fork for top end Ti is $3K, which is comparable to a Merlin and you get the full Tom Kellogg custom job to boot.

If there is a local bike shop you like and trust I would go with the one those guys carry. I think you are splitting hairs at the level we are talking and making sure you get exactly what you want from a fit perspective is most important.
