Knee pain
My left knee has been hurting off and on this year and it's getting worse. I was thinking of having somone check my fit on the bike. Even though I've been riding for about 20 years with no change in my bike position this knee pain is getting on my last nerve. It's on the inside of my left knee and hurts when I stand or apply hard pressure. Does anoyone know a good person to check bike posostion on the Atlanta GA area. Thanks

I think you better see an MD. At least they can look inside your knee.
You say pain when you apply pressure? It may just be an MCL strain, in which case nothing but rest is required.

Or something even simpler your friend and mine arthritis. Ok I really hate my arthritis and it hates me but we've learned to get along. I've got to agree with kuan it sounds like a medical condition to me instead of a fit problem go to the doctor, and remember Ibuprofin LOVES YOU.
