Cateye Service is outstanding
I bought two small parts kit for the Cateye wireless (so I could easily transfer my compouter from bike to bike) in May, and didn't install the second of the two until a couple days ago. I discovered that the speed sensor was dead (not a battery issue as I switched out the battery from one of my functional sensors), and despite the fact that it had been two months since my initial purchase, Cateye replaced the sensor at NO COST within two days without asking for any elaborate explanation.
I really wish customer service was like that for all comopanies in all industries.
I'm really glad that the three cyclocomputers I've own in my life have been Cateyes.
