Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Ah, that's the bike that would fit me to a Tee, but one that I cannot justify the cost for myself. Congrats.

My team won $50,000 USD in video game tournament.

I took home $11,000 after taxes.

They can't catch me, I'll be rolling on 404's!

But then it wouldn't match my Rabobank kit!

It's going to look awesome, so don't you worry.

Well, if Milram, Rabobank, and Domina-Vacanze can do it, then so can I.

I'm going to say up front that the following is only meant in jest....

So, the parts are all over the world and supposedly on their way. And you think they'll all arrive in time for you to build the bike, take decent photos and get them posted with the complete story by Monday, July 17 at 11:00 AM (rounded up)?

I'll take that bet....

The following is not meant in jest....

Awesome build specs will equal awesome bike - good luck.

I'm only waiting for the wheels.

I'm still trying to decide on the bar and headset.

The majority of Colnago teams in the peleton for the last 10 years have been Shimano equiped. Its all good (although I do have my own preferences).

Yeah, I already have a Colnago with full Shimano, right down to the hubs.

So what's another Colnago with Shimano?

It's not like I'm going to hell...

I'm not going to hell, right?

Yeah, the Inaugural Gamebattles.com SOCOM 3 Quick Sniping Tournament.

800 Four-man teams going at it for a week.

We won.
