Good bicycle for the price?
My friend (the low - budget one) wants to build a Pinarello Angliru NOS 2000 frame w/Xenon group and CXP 21 rims. Total cost about $1100. What do you think?

Not a good deal IMO. Have him take a look at GVHBikes.com
They have many, nicer, NOS frames and excellent build kits.
The owner is a very good guy to deal with, and can answer any and all questions.

$ 1100 is total cost, frame 400, group 370, about 330 for the rest.
