Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Public Service Announcement re: junk.

I have a quick PSA. I suited up and went for a ride today. 15 seconds into the ride, I felt a pinch where my legs meet the pelvis. I should have stopped and adjusted my bibs, but for some dumb reason (I'm a guy, that's probably why) I kept going.

Now I'm sore there. Bleh! Note to men and women: If you feel a pinch from your bibs, straighten it out! Protect your junk!

That is all.
