I have a pair, and on the whole I'd say the custom molded footbed version is worth it. They are extremely light, very stiff, and very comfortable. If you use speedplay, you can get the speed play version which gives almost no stackheight ( And Rocket 7's with Speedplay cleats are lighter than a lot of shoes with no cleats)
The major downside is that they are not very durable. The uppers are thin and tends to get chewed up where the leather meets the foot bed. The heel pad is a pretty much a joke, and I'm constantly gluing on new pads. And the CF can get scraped up if you're not careful
On balance it was worth it IMHO.

The Sidi ergo 2 and Genius 6.6 are out soon.
I recently got a pair of these, with a sole height of 7.5mm, I wanted to take advantage of the low stack height on my Time RXS pedals. There also a fair bit cheaper than the Sidi's

If you are looking for a set of custom insoles i believe you can get those at rocket seven also....... The shoes will last maybe 2 seasons at the most if you put 7-8 k a year on them. I have two friends who swear they are the bestest thing ....like ever. I am thinking about a set of custom insoles from them though......

I have a pair of the Rocket 7 Track shoes. They have laces with a zipper enclosing the laces. I use them on the track and ocasionally on the street. I agree with merlinextraligh...although they are extremely light, they are very fragile. I didn't do the custom version but still find them to be oh so comfortable. Honestly, I don't think I would pay for the customs unless I had some serious feet issues. I got mine for ~$175 which I couldn't pass up. I've got Shimano SH-R215's, Specialized BG Pro Carbons, BG Comp, and Rocket 7's...I prefer my Shimano's over all of them. Shoes are almost like saddles though...everyone feels differently about different shoes.

I like tghe look of those addidas. Their shoes always fit me good, I wonder if it is the same for their bike shoes?
Thanks,
Andrew

my twin brother has a pair and swears they are the best riding shoe he has ever had.
There is a cheaper way and that is custom orthotics, made by a sports podiatrist. the inserts are made
either from carbon or a thermo type plastic and are removable if needed to wear with other shoes.
