Where are the Garmin 205/305 history files are located on hard drive?

Where are the Garmin 205/305 history files are located on hard drive?
Does anyone from the Garmin users know where the history files for 205/305 Garmin are on the hard drive? I would like to back up the past history and reformat my drive. I searched through help files and my drive and could not find them as they were not in any of the Garmin folders. Thanks.
