pedals/road shoes
I'm thinking about getting into using clipless pedas. I just need to decide between Look keo sprint or shimano ultegra pedals. I am going to get the adidas girano road shoes. does anyone have any feedback on about of these pedas or even the shoes?

I like the SPD-SL (Ultegra). The cleat is a little more walkable than my Looks. The Looks feel alot like the Ultegras once you are in but I found the cleat quicker to wear and slick. Really either is agreat choice though.

I recently picked up a set of Ultegra SPDs and love them. Haven't used the Looks or those shoes.

I've got a set of the Adidas, and they're pretty nice shoes, they feel like higher quality than $70 shoes. I'll most definetely be buying some [higher quality] Adidas next, their stuff is top notch.

You should also have a look at the Time RXS range, these are also cheaper than the Shimanos and the Keo's

I'd also have a look at the Shimano R151 shoes on sale they are only a few bucks more than the Girano and they have a full carbon sole.
