I hate riding tired...
I've got a longish ride out to the coast and back planned with friends tomorrow. It's 2am and I've been working on Oracle database maintenance for a customer since 6pm yesterday. I should have been done hours ago, but thanks to some technical issues this won't end until at least 3. I'm ticked because now my ride isn't going to be nearly as enjoyable as it otherwise would have been. That's enough whining for now. I may be back in a couple of hours for more...

Given your lack of sleep, it probably wouldn't be a good idea to ride on the rims. The ride will be rough, and the loss of traction could prove dangerous.
I feel for you, try to get some rest and be aware that loss of sleep affects reactions, reflexes and the ability to make reasonable choices. Ride safe.
