Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Pedal Forces new frame..........

I went to PF website to check some specs. and notice they have a new frame called the "RS". Looks like the ZX3 in some respects but slighly heavier than the QS2. I am begging for them to do a Fusion with internal cable routing to no avail.

Ahhhhh, that would make sense. So the "RS" stands for Really Stiff?

One thing about all this, it certainly gives me perspective on a lot of different types of frames, materials , and components.

And makes folks on Ebay happy.

Finally someone else to help carry the Fusion flag.

I'm flipping my Blue in the spring. I really like the bike but A) I want to get rid of Shimano and get SRAM and B) I got the QS2S coming so the Blue is gonna have to find a new home.

Mebbe. Going to try the Fusion out and see how it is on the 3+ hour rides then decide. Interested?

Did a ride out of Beckworth on some Forest Service roads Saturday. 4k of climbing, 60 miles, 3.5 hours and we saw ONE car actually driving on the road. The Clip has recovered from Africa and is climbing well BTW.
