Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

The beef's winter fun

The alternate title for this thread was "looking to shed uneeded testicles." As of Friday, temperatures dropped perilously low, and The Beef's nuts did the opposite of that. Enough of that, though.

Let's see some more pics. No trainer action this time! Something deep within The Beef's heart was calling for real manly action.

The Beef's friend. We shall call him The Chicken.

Looks like perfect conditions for riding to me. Snow could be a little higher though.

Good for you for getting out to ride in the (unusually) arctic weather. I did the same Friday and Saturday, and was actually pleasently surprised how warm I was once I got going.

Good to see your getting out. I love getting out in the snow just for the fun of sliding around and skidding out, reminds me of when I was younger like your age.
