Cyclocomputer / HRM / Computer Download <$200
Hello all.... I'm in the market for a new Cyclocomputer. I need something that Has Standard Cyclocomputer functions, Heart Rate Monitor, Cadance, and Most importantly... Ability to download information to a computer. I'm getting tired of typing info into an excel spreadsheet every day 
Any reccomondations? I've been looking at the:
Polar - CS200cad
Cat Eye - CC-CD300DW (I'm not sure this one can link to a PC)
Anything else out there in the <$200 range?

The CS200cad has worked for me, others say they've had problems. But in this $$ range, I don't know you will find better.
