And my CD is a RHCP mix with some supa-freshy beats like;
Baby Appeal
Johnny Kick a Hole in the Sky
Suck My Kiss
Backwoods
Fight Like a Brave
Catholic Schoolgirls Rule
Walkin on Down the Road
Tell Me Baby
and the always funky Storm in a Teacup

Achilles Last Stand by Led Zeppelin. It's long with a great rhythm that perfect for long high tempo workouts.

For long intervals or simulated hill climbing it's anything by Tool off of Lateralus or 10000 Days. Nice long and loud songs that allow you to get lost in the music. For speed intervals it's System of the Down. I actually look forward to the trainer sessions because I know I get to listen to some kick @ss music!.
