Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Simply Irresistible - Robert Palmer

My current standing interval favorite, puts me deep inside the pain locker. 4 minutes of hell.

For long intervals or simulated hill climbing it's anything by Tool off of Lateralus or 10000 Days. Nice long and loud songs that allow you to get lost in the music. For speed intervals it's System of the Down. I actually look forward to the trainer sessions because I know I get to listen to some kick @ss music!.

Jet -- Cold Hard Btich & Be My Girl
Seven Mary Three -- Cumbersome

FYI, the cadence of Simply Irresistible is 72. Just about right for standing intervals.
