This is my first post. I'm a Volae (high racer recumbent) rider in SE Idaho. I recently purchased a Cambiatta CM1 from an ebay retailer. The unit works fine, doing what it advertises. The problem is that the associated software and documentation must be downloaded. When researching the product I found their website and read a little, but by the time the unit arrived the site was down, and the phone number disconnected. Seems they've gone under The retailer was able to get me the software for downloading data, but did not have any instructions on using the unit. I've been able to figure most of it out, but I can't seem to find how to set parameters such as wheel size so the the speed output is accurate. Would any of you good folks happen to be knowledgeable about this unit and able to fill me in as to the details. Or, perhaps if you have the downloaded instruction manual you could email it too me?

The wheel size parameter I believe gets set when you use the add bicycle feature in the software. I recently purchased the cambiatta data recorder and with it a trial version of the software. Unfortunately the software has expired and I can't find a full version of the software. I understand you were able to get a copy. Any chance I could get a copy?

Piwesterveld is right you set it when you set your bicycle in the software. I however have the same problem he has and that is that the software will expire in a couple of weeks, I'm also looking for the instruction manual. Do you have one? How do you get the unit to start and stop? What does the button do?

I have a working full copy of Cambiatta 3 Beta. Email me if you want it. You set it up via the "options" option and since 700x23 is not listed, just set it as custom and it should be fine. I'm presently looking for a copy of the previous full version of the software, which I used to have, but lost over the course of time. If I can find it, I'll post back. That version wasn't as pretty as Beta 3, but it had the settings for standard tires, etc.

Once you actually have the software set up and working it's really nice.
