full frame trainer?
i was looking into getting a cheap trainer and a guy is selling this one cheap...i've never seen a full frame trainer. pros / cons? also how exactly does it hook up?

I had one made by blackburn or something like that. They dont seem to be as stable as normal trainers and I dont believe they are widely made like that anymore. I always got the feeling that I was gonna tip over on one of those things.
I wouldent pay more than $35 bucks for one, and that is only if you dont wanna spend a little more and get a real trainer.

I used to own one just like that! Your bottom bracket rests on that middle part and you remove your front wheel and attach your fork to the skewer in front.
That cable adjusts the resistance in the back.
It wasn't a really good trainer. I wouldn't buy it.
