Pics of your Giant bicycle

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Mmm, carbon fiber goodness

I bought it with around 400 miles on it, the bike just came back from a tune up at the LBS (still had the tag on it) and paid $900 for it as it sits plus he threw in a cateye headlight and some new bar tape. Is that a pretty good deal?

I can't beleive how smooth the bike is. I took it for a very short test ride and it was amazing. I also like that the component group is all 105's as I had been test riding new bikes that were a mix of 105 and Tiagra components and these definitely felt much better.

Enjoy,
Rick

i have a ocr c1 and love it congrats on the new bike im sure youll have man yhappy rides on it as i have

ohhhh!!! I want to play! And I will, too, just as soon as I get mine back from the shop. I just bought a 2006 OCR c3 and am having them switch out the triple for a compact.

What a coincidence! I saw this very bike yesterday at the bike shop down the street from me (Atta Cycles) and one of the employees told me that it was one of only 16 that came to the U.S.

Thanks. Looking forward to seeing yours. I'd like to pop a Dura-Ace crank on there, but can't justify the $$$.

I put on an FSA carbon crank to replace the gossimers. I'll post my pics this week.

Don't show these pix to my wife. Although she knows there are several bikes in the garage, I'm pretty sure that seeing them all together like this would push her over the edge!

I'm sort of a fan of Giants. So here's "Just the Giants":

From Left to Right: Suede DX (hers), Cypress DX, OCR2, OCRc2.

And here's the whole herd which includes a Schwinn and Specialized.

Ouch, that sucks. At least it wasn't an issue necessarily caused by Giant, just the LBS screwing up.

Congrats on the new ride its awesome, the difference between the OCR and TCR is quite significant, watch out for the shorter wheelbase, the bike will be more direct in its steering until you get used to it, also the ride will be harsher, but you'll be faster. If i see you on beach road I'll give you a yell.

TCR Limited, which means, umm not sure. Haven't replaced much. saddle, wheels (use cheapo cosmics for training), bar tape, pedals, cages, umm, I think that's it.
