Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Grats on the Infinito. I think the new Infinitos have better color schemes than mine. More pure Celeste. Looks meaner too. : )!

It's still a dead sexy Oltre though .... and it does have accents of Celeste. So it counts right?

Well I certainly can't compete with most of the Bianchi's on here but here's my 2013 Impulso with 105/Ultegra mix. Only had a month or so. Put about 350 miles on so far. First dive into the cycling world with this bike. Ready to start upgrading parts!

Things have changed rather since I originally started this thread some years ago, but my Bianchi is still my loyal main bike, just with a few upgrades over the years!

I just picked up this little gem for a great price. It's gonna be my back up/winter beater bike. The coolest part is the wheel set. They're vintage Mavic Open 4's laced to Dura Ace hubs. And it has a full carbon Bianchi race fork.

There's also no point in having two pairs of shoes, two purses, two sets of earrings, etc.

Nah. I'll just surreptitiously and sneakily accumulate parts and a frame over the coming year and build up a new one!

Finally upgraded the $5.00 aluminum bottle cages on the Infinito with some carbon fiber Look cages. A local rider switched to more aesthetic pair of Bontragers that matched his bike better so I couldn't be happier. : ) It saved only 76 grams of weight but I feel happier riding now : ) Even if its just that tiny bit.
