Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Help.....toe pain.

Ok......I felt to bunched up on my bike so I moved the seat back a fair bit. This stretched me out nicely and relieved some upper back pain. So far so good. I also dropped the seat slightly as is required when moving the seat back (per Peter White). Somewhere in this process, the last 3 toes on my right foot have been experienceing major pain after 30 miles or so. Not hot spots, but PAIN! It isnt the shoes as they have been fine up to this point. I moved the cleat back some but it didnt help. There is no problem on the left foot.

Any ideas what I did to cause this problem?
