Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Help needed with selling my Rossin !!

Hi there,

I have inherited a fairly new Rossin road bike, it has a carbon fibre frame I believe.

I am going travelling to Australia for 2 years and would like to sell it.

Thing is, not knowing much about bikes I really don't know how much I should be looking for it. I am going to my local bike shop to get it fully services before I sell it and I will ask them to spec it for me.

Is Rossin a popular make? I can't seem to find anything on the internet!

Would any of you guys be able to give me a rough idea about what price I should be starting at? Of course I will provide a full spec, ie; gears, etc but at the moment am looking for a £pound guide for Rossin.

Thank you for your help!

Dan,
Leatherhead. UK

Sell it on Ebay, then the marketplace will tell you what it's worth

Thanks very much guys.

That's useful to get a bit of background on Rossin.

It's just so wierd that there is very little on the net, it's not as though it's THAT an obscure a make?!!

Kind regards
Dan

Man, back in the day (early-mid- eighties) that was a frame to die for! Rossin, Masi, Colnago, Ciocc, deRosa; they didn't make many bikes, but the small Italian builders made us all drool. I had a friend/co-worker with a Masi and then a Rossin; I haven't seen one in decades.
