I saw the logo of Assos and English is not my first language.

You can tell when it is the Assos logo, because it says Assos. Radical, I know.



But then again, I suppose the Descente logo is a bit similar to the Assos A.

No, they are not Assos. They are Decente, which are also makers of nice shorts.
