Pump with a guage????

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I assume you're looking for a portable frame pump, as I've never seen a floor pump that doesn't have a gauge. Crank Brothers has two:

No idea how well they work -- I just know they exist.

They can be found at bike shops. They are very common. Even Walmart sells them

Topeak Road Morph has a gauge, and is basically a portable floor pump.

Local REI store has six different models, and the supermarket on the corner has two. They're easy to find.
Warning, though--don't put too much faith in the gauge. I have four pumps with built-in gauges (two floor, two frame-fit), and there's 20 psi difference from the highest to lowest in a tire at 100psi as measured by my digital gauge.
