And now for something completely different... my folding fixed gear road bike.
Here's my bike. I bought in in late March. 08. It's a Roubaix Expert Compact SL

the Lime I just set up for my mother, who wanted to get back into riding again.
I thought I id a decent job matching the paint to the bike for the fenders and bottle cage. scuffed, primed, painted, and clear coated with decent results.

^How much does that weigh? What's the deal with the hubs and bb/crank
3 speed electronic auto transmission, adjustable shift points, front hub generates the current to charge the small LiIon battery in the trans under the BB to tell the bike when to shift. coaster brakes, so no brakes or shifters on the bars. Bike weighs 30 lbs, which isn't too bad considering that's right in the range of a lot of FS MTBs. Apparently Trek is advertising in AARP now. My mother saw the ad and found it intriguing so I took her to our LBS and let her ride one.

Finished my first build. I still have some more to do (I really want to upgrade to red Titanium Speedplays and a wireless computer). Yes I know the zip ties could be black, but I was out. I think it turned out pretty good.

The newest build.
Picked up this Fuso FR1 last night from a Craig's list seller. It's going to get stripped down and converted to Campy Chorus Compact since I already have some of the parts. I've always wanted a Fuso and for a 53cm in Black to show up out of nowhere, woot! I had planned on purchasing a steel frame with the tax refund so this was a nice surprise to find on Craig's list.
LeMond "Sarthe"... last of the steel framed!
Those Lemond bars on the Fuso are so cool
Relatively new to road biking, but I thought I would post a few pictures of my bike. What do you guys think? Go easy on me haha.
^It looks to be a bit too big for you the way it's set up now, but maybe you're still working on the fit?
...because the bars aren't two feet below the saddle? Upright riding position is your friend.
