Keep it as is. For the first time in my life, never thought I'd say this about a Trek, but holy wow that is a good looking bike. Keep the yellow tires. Sets it off nicely.

    I'm OBSESSED! HELP!

Here is a picture of my 2000 Trek USPS. This is not an updated shot. I no longer have the tape that you see on this. Ultregra 6500 triple with Bontrager crankset

This is a shot of my 2007 Trek 6.9 Madone, tape has also been changed, as well as water bottle cages and pedals. The cages are black carbon ones now. All Dura Ace 7800

Here is one of my 2006 Aegis Victory All SRAM Red compact crank, does have zero gravity brakes.

Here is one of my 2007 Aegis Victory...I was working on becoming a distributor for their frames and they closed shop. Also SRAM Red, Spinergy Stealth FCC, Token Integrated handlebar set. All my bikes have Selle SMP either Pro Strike or Avante seats on them. The also all have Speedplay Stainless Zero pedals

    My Leader Time Trial tank...

    My Giant TCR:

And last but not lease my Vellum Elemente 1 pound 14 ouce 60 CM frame! All Dura Ace 7900 Compact
    She is 16.5 pounds.

I raise my handlebars up high when I go touring

that is one of the coolest frames i have ever seen, where'd you get it painted?
I did it myself, with crappy hardware store spraypaint which is starting to chip...
This is what it looked like freshly painted

I'd say I have about 4 favorites out of the pack. The Giant TCR was ridden 103 miles without a hitch and without me being too tired out. I don't know how the Aegis, Trek 6.9 or Vellum would do on that ride. I do know I like the Aegis a lot, I like the 6.9 Madone a lot and the Vellum is nice too, but I think I have to do some tweaking on the stem angle. I might be selling that Stealth Evo because I feel I am bending over a bit too much and it is stretching the back ligaments on my legs more than I like. I just find myself trading off with them from one ride to the next so no one ever knows what I'll be on next. And hey, it's only worthless green pieces of paper printed up out of thin air so what is the use in saving them? You'd be better off buying copper pipe from Home Depot and holding on to it for savings.

Your right about the dollar no matter how many people try to deny it. Anyway though, you never posted a Madone, did you forget that one? I love the USPS bike though. I have a 2001.

My Argon 18 "project bike", built it over a few months really like the bike, same bike, just different saddle and wheels in the pictures, the second one was at a 24 hour mountain bike race, just using it on the wind trainer.

Cervelo P3, only the one in the front is mine, other ones are friends

Love the wheels, its hard to put it, but it feels smoother (the only way i can describe it), when i first finished the bike it had your generic crapy wheels, out of all the upgrades i've done I can say the wheels was really the only huge one i noticed.

Really. I've heard carbon wheels are really harsh. And noisy. I still like them though. I don't race.. but I like schwag.

They are noisy, but i think they are smoother than other wheels, in my opinion they just feel better.
