Very nice Felt. Good luck on your quest to find the 'right' saddle.

2010 Felt F5
if this bike was stiffer it would be the ultimate race bike. the geo is some of the most aggressive i've seen. it has done more than well enough for me though as a cat 4 150 lbs nub racer. races right along with bikes 3X the price tag. we'll see what felt has in store for the new f series. so stoked to see what they've done!

First road bike in many years, just bought an '09 Salsa Podio:
I really like it so far, looking forward to lots of miles on this bike.

he has to remind himself to HTFU because his bike isn't close to being the right size for him. It could be a MTB stem too. I have a short stem on my MTB, but still 80mm or something, not 20mm like that thing.

it's also a sign that you either have freakish proportions (think T-Rex) or you have a frame that's too big for you. But that's your problem, not mine.

so now I have to ask, why do you have not one, but TWO bikes that are way too small for you?

the black frame is the smallest size available. the silver frame i bought used, and it was advertised as a smaller size. steering feel and weight transfer are fine and comparable to the ride of more ordinary stems lengths ive used.

Awesome. I have the same frame. It's a great bike. I've done a ton of races and logged quite a few miles on it, you won't be disappointed.

I think I'm struggling a bit with seat height at present, but have no doubt that I'll be able to work that out over time. Other than that it feels a ton faster than my old Felt SR-81, even if in truth it's not faster by much. I upgraded the chassis, but not the engine.
