That Pinarello is smokin'. I was down to either an FP3 or Cervelo S2. The Pinarello was great, but just didn't feel quite as nice as the S2. But that thing is gorgeous. Enjoy.
I've had mine posted up a while ago and here's a repost with some minor upgrade(s).
It happened back then just before Christmas when I was at my LBS and managed to score a great deal on those LW Rear D's. It was a really sick deal so I just felt so compelled to get them! :p
Shot of the bike before the LW RD...
Still one of the nicest bikes on here. (and probably the most expensive too!).
Miss riding it in comfortable weather. Haha.
Wow, that dolce frame is so tiny it looks like a bmx bike :O
That Land Shark is great! Slawta is on my want to get a frame done-someday list of builders. Really cool stuff. I must say I would have wanted a fillet brazed one though...
Just got my Promachine this week, i'll get a pic of the bike in tomorrow, took these in my room right now.
My bike has come a long ways since I got her a year ago. She may last another 6 months to a year, but a new frame and components are definitely next on the list.
Over the Summer:
In the Fall:
Today, ready for race Sunday:
Bad cellphone quality, though it was a nice ride. First ride in 3 months, I've been slacking it 'a little'. Got a new job that was twice as far away, snow came messing up the roads, et cetera. Did a 40km ride today, to get back into shape.
*edit* And obviously, facebook doesn't allow hotlinking. >_<'
After a long time reading through these Forums I thought it was time to post my new training bike for 2011.
The bike is a Ridley Noah RS 2011, the new frame for 2011 that is a cheap baby sister of their regular Noah frame. A little less aero and the cheaper carbon used makes this frame about half the price of the normal one.
I haven't had the chance of riding it yet, guess I have to wait until April when the snow and ice is gone.
Frame: Noah RS 2011 Small
Fork: Noah RS
Seatpost: Ridley Noah RS
Stem: Ritchey Carbon WCS
Handlebars: Ritchey Superlogic evolution
Seat: 4ZA Stratos (A Prologo Scratch Pro is on the way)
Groupset: Shimano Ultegra 6700 with Dura Ace 7900 crank
Wheels: Mavic Cosmic Carbone SL
Pedals: Speedplay Zero Stainless Steel
Tyres: Continental GP4000S
Tubes: Vredestein Latex
Weight is 7,8kg as pictured, not really WW but not bad for the price. (and with those wheels) :D
For the ones interested, this was the 2010 training bike. :D
I've done a fair bit of upgrading since I last posted in here:
(as close to a white garage door as I can find)
New: Compact bars, Specialized Toupe Pro saddle, Soul s3.0SL wheels, Thompson Masterpiece seatpost, Kool Stop pads and lastly Gatorskin tires. Now I just need to get rid of the doodoo FSA triple and I'll be a happy camper. :]
Upgrade from a 2006 soloist team.
Just finished building.
I hope I'll like the change
Easton ec90 carbon bars, ea 90 stem.. Sram Red...
