Abused, and dirty as hell. It was a mess out there today, but I haven't ridden outside since Jan 1. Long overdue, rode great with the new setup.

As a lugged steel luddite, it took me a while to come around to AL. I had an early AL Allez frame that I put this black Ultegra drivetrain on. But, even though I was able to make the Allez work for me, I had to finally admit that at 60cm, it was too big. I sold the frame, put the 10sp group in a box, and a year passed while I kept my eye out for an older Specialized S-Works or CAAD frame. But you people have kept those frames in high demand. I finally found this frame for a nice price and built it up. It has become my go-to bike. My vintage bikes are jealous I can tell. Whatís next carbon, oh my!

Nothing fancy by Road Forum standards, but it fills the bill for me.
Half of the time I fear I may not know what the hell Iím doing; the other half, Iím sure of it.
Technically, its a road frame
This is my first road bike, also new to cycling.
2010 Specialized Allez Triple.
At this point she serves as my commuter, fitness bike, and will be my race bike for a couple rides I plan on participating in.
I have already swapped out the tires for some Armadillos.
She's been a GREAT entry level bike.

All in all shaved a little over 2 pounds off the bike (1 pound in the wheels alone)
This is a crappy pic I know, but I'm gonna post it anyway. My hand me down built crit bike, next to my thorough bred speed weapon. I love both of these bikes now that they are both Sram equipped. The Trekster feels rather light with the Spinergys on it as well.
Dang dude. I like those wheels too.
