Is that Ritte the erotic paint job bike? Wouldn't want to be the poster after you!
Just got this in a couple weeks ago, a Bianchi Via Nirone 7 105:
my first road bike and I'm loving it! I commute with it, I climb mountains with it, go get coffee with it.. it serves all my needs quite well
oh and as you can see from the third pic I ditched the white tires it came with. Seriously, white tires? Not white sidewalls, rather white on the tread. They looked like this when I carefully brought it home from the bike shop without touching the tires on the ground: http://farm6.static.flickr.com/5058/...17975625_b.jpg

Not close to the other bikes in the thread but changed frames due to my epic beginning to creak from the seat-tube..
2001 Trek 1000
Components are mostly old 105 but with dura-ace 7700 derailleurs. Wheelset is xero xr-1 16 spoke front/20 spoke rear with 30mm rim depth. Only about 700-800 miles on them so far but i have been really satisfied.
I've posted in the CAAD Cult as well, but would like to share with None-CAAD folks as well. Someone mentioned to me that I MUST use a spacer above the stem to prevent steer tube crack, but I've seen many of your bikes without the spacer, but simply a top cap. What is the correct way?
new ride. does it count?
^^^ Do my eyes deceive me, or is your chain length whacked?
well, it's not in the typical lowest gear on the cassette for the picture. That could be causing your eyes to lie to you.
I think it is more that the disc brakes throw off the line of perception of the chain.
