Here's a pic of me in my paintball gear ;P I'm the one on the right --- BTW how are people posting larger pics? Whenever I try doing a link it says the file is to big?

To post a bigger photo use a photo hosting site like photobucket or flickr then use a link.

Huh, looked like a super expensive Bianchi carbon to me. But still, very flashy looking bike, congrats. Your wife wants you to ride in style.

Also IMO, combining weight training with running or swimming gets you in the best shape. Cycling eh... It's a lot of coasting, and very low impact etc. Not my choice for fitness since cyclists to me have very disproportionate strength and fitness. Strong legs, mostly slow twitch muscles, weak upper body, weak core, weak back and low bone density, compared to other athletes. Eh, that's my impression at least.
    - Which is why after I do my charity ride, I'm going to do more running and weight training than cycling, cycling is enjoyable, but not the body type, proportions and fitness I want.

Sounds like you need to do an interval or ten.

With the crazy drivers around here and a stop sign every few minutes? No thanks. Rather just do my running interval, hill workouts on a safe road away from high traffic. I don't have to worry about running over walkers and dogs when running.

But you're probably right, but that doesn't cover the odd physique cyclists have. So a more rounded exercise routine for me.

Yeah. The Peachtree City / Senoia area is very bike friendly. There are always several group rides running around. Plus the PTC Triathlon is this weekend, so there is REALLY a lot of folks on the road.

Thanks! @marito1507, then you'd really dislike the all-white tires on blue Open Pro rims I had on there recently. I felt clownish and embarrassing to ride that way.
    For reference...
