Used PowerTap
Thinking of getting a Powertap Pro off Ebay. What are some things to watch for? How can you date how old they are? When did they improve the seals so that they work better in the rain?

Only the SL has the improved seals for wet weather, IIRC, unless you get the new Pro, which looks just like the SL...
