proper back/pelvis position for roadies?
I've found information on this topic confusing to me because the vernacular is confusing to me: I'm not sure what "rotating the pelvis in", "arching the back", etc. always mean in the context of correct cycling posture. What I'd like to know is what the proper back & pelvis position should be. Does anyone know how to explain this in a way I can understand? Thanks!

i just try to not put my full body weight on the saddle, causing my legs to work a little more and my abs to engage relieving my lower back a bit. it all depends on the rider as well. some dont flip it and ride upright, others like to be able to kiss their stems.
