Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Heat Rash - Ugh!

Anyone have any good tips on dealing with (what I think is) heat rash? My entire face is covered and partially purple. I'm 100% certain that it is not a sunburn. It's a bumpy, itchy, stinging mess. I need advice!

Dewd .. please do not mess with heat. I am FROM West Africa (as in born and raised). There is something up with the sun here (angle, perhaps). I went to the doctor 2 years ago because I couldn't believe I was burning; complete with heat rash on my arms, ears and the back of my knees though.

Stay out of the sun at the peak of the heat OR go with SPF 50+ and slather it on.

For what you already have, get Aloe rub it on .. and what the other poster said.
