Mapping websites with cue sheets
I've been using sites like toporoute.com and mapmyride.com to develop some routes (or use routes created by others). Are there any sites that will actually create cue sheets that you can download or cut and paste? I've been just writing them all out and calculating mileage and then putting them on a nice 4 * 4 cue sheet table. Obviously this is a bit time consuming.

www.routeslip.com will let you input directions at any point you put on your route maps. The only thing I don't like is when you print out the directions, it doesn't print a map of the route which I always think is helpful just to give you a rough idea of the course layout in case you go off course. For a local 4th of July ride I mapped out 4 different routes of various length, printed out the routeslips, then printed out the map page separatley, cut it out and copied it onto the routeslip to make my own hybrid and then ditributed them for the ride.

With mapmyride.com you can print the cue sheets with distances providing you have created the map using the "auto-route" feature. If you have, when in a map click on "notes" and then after it comes up click on "print" at the bottom. It will ask if you want to include distances and elevation.
You can ask specific questions in the mapmyride.com forums section also. They are very helpful there.
To try it, check out https://www.mapmyride.com/ride/united...hire/669426586 which is my ride from near my house to the coast.
edit: just noticed you are using routes created by others. If they didn't use autoroute the only thing I can suggest is that you save a copy to your profile and then add notes at various waypoints or simply recreate the map using autoroute.

I had tons of problems with routeslip.com until I updated my Firefox browser. Works now.
