Weight Trng. for Road Cycling
I only have about an hour for lunch per day, but would be willing to spend it doing some weight training if it would benefit my road cycling. Any ideas regarding key exercises that would benefit my game? I have searched the forums already!!! thanks in advance...

use the hour to do some intervals.
If you want to use the time to weight train, concentrate on your core.
Weight work for your legs, particularly in season, is of very questionable value in making you a faster rider.
And weight lifting for your lower body counts toward your training stress score, and limits the amount of intenisty work you can do on the bike.
