Couldn't resist the Kysyrium ES's
I knew it was coming. Was it those red hubs? That red spoke?
Bought a pair of Kysyrium ES's yesterday. Got what I think was a very good price from Brands Cycle.
First 35 mile ride -- they rock - and roll! Boy these suckers roll and ride better than the Elites for sure.
Will update on how they hold up under my 205 lb frame as the Fall wears on.

Nice choice- I have these beautiful wheels as well. I also got a good price. I know that the snobs and racers here knock these wheels, but I am very happy with them so far!

Sweet! Don't forget to post on the weight issue. I have some Elites and I've been thinking of upgrading with that purchase you know I'm interested in!

So, what is considererd a good price? I love those wheels, too. They'd look awesome on my Independent Fabrication...

I used to deal with Brands a lot, it's hard to believe anything there would be a "good price" they are usually really high on everything they sell.

Good for you, those are really beautiful.
Who do you deal with there? I was shopping for a bike and I got a high school kid trying to convince me to buy a Trek 1600 (1500?) because that's what he rides and it's really good.
I have gotten excellent service from their repair department though.

The service guy who mounted the cassette, new chain, etc. seemed really good and competent. I wish I had gotten his name.
