Some gifts
for my bike, which are gifts for me
I came across a little bit of money and I want to spend some. My bike is not too expensive, but I am already planning on getting rid of my constant need for trim problem with a new fsa chainring and an ultegra 6500 derailleur (although I think the real problem is a too-long bottom bracket)
Theres still a bit of money left over so what else can I do?
I am not huge into racing so light components and fast wheels don't matter to me so much.
Im more concerned about user experience.
I was thinking about getting a new seat. I have tested many more expensive road bikes than my own, and I have yet to find a seat I like worse than the one I have. I much prefer the thinner seats. Can anyone recommend?
Another idea would be some pedals (I have the sort with sleeping bag straps which are impossible to slip into on an uphill) Again, recommendations would be nice. I'd prefer ones I would enjoy rather than the sportiest of the sporty
