Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Check out the new one from Lightwieght, at 120g, that's into the weight category of front derailers.

Am I the only person that hates the font that Lightweight uses for its logo? I loathe it. That is all.

I was just thinking the same thing. This $6K burning a hole in my pocket will have to go towards hookers and beer instead. Damn fonts.

Oh yeah, and a DA RD is 4g lighter than a record RD (180 vs 184).... just in case anyone was counting Bling isn't just carbon slapped onto parts... or maybe it is... who knows. As long as it works.

Ah yes, but the 20 grams saved by the Record FD over the DA FD MORE than makes up for it.

(34.9mm band on FD)

I may be in the minority, but I don't care for the appearance of carbon fiber mechanicals, and that includes the Record CF derailer.

I'm the first so far, but I like it. I think it looks smooth. The only way to improve on it would be more of a Scott style carbon weave.
