Arione lettering disappering
I hadn't noticed this before, but my Arione with maybe 250 miles on it is damaged. After riding in a 100km group ride, the next day I took a look at the seat and saw a bit of silver on the side of the seat. It was what was left of the word "Arione." Anyone else have this happen? I can see on the other side that the "A" is starting to come off.

By the time I was done with my first ride on my arione, I was missing ARI. It was all gone within two weeks, I'm pretty sure this is normal for the saddle.

Losing a logo is nothing to get excited about. Some people prefer not having gaudy logos all over thier bikes... consider it a bonus and go for another ride.

Bike ≠ Car ≠ Ped.
By the time it's off, the "wing flex" is probably broken in to fit you better.
(my Arione has half of the "N" on the left side and ".one" on the right)

Yeah, and your tires are defective if the tread wears down over a few thousand miles. Better return those right after you get a refund for that defective saddle.

You need to get the Arione K:1, where the logo's are under a layer of clear coat, thats if your'e really worried about it.

Here's how you know when your saddle is properly broken in:
Just another 35,000 miles left, and that baby should be perfect.

Time for a new one me thinks.
Heard of the term lucky legs? Well that is a lucky saddle.

OP - my "Arione" became a "one" just before it became a "Toupe".

Holey Moley this is all news to me. We better get to the bottom of this 'damaged' goods caper....
I had a cable end cap blow right off today. I know I know its bonkers. If anyone else has had such damage occur please PM me so we can setup a class action of some kind.

I too have an Arione and was totally emabarrased over the missing letters. Some of the letters had transferred to my right and left bib thighs, 'Ari' on the left and 'one' on the right. I bent over to fix my shoes and a stranger asked if I was bragging or complaining.
On the other hand I calculate that after washing my bibs I am now 1/100 of a gram lighter, and will cut my time on a 20 mile trip by 1/4 of a second.
All's well that ends well.
