Ride suggestions in Phoenix-Mesa, AZ?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

This is a nice collection of routes:
https://www.sportsfun.com/gaba/ridemaps.html
Ride with this club on a weekend too.

Also if you want a climb, don't miss riding up South Mountain ('To the Towers') from the Central Ave entrance. Riding around South Mountain ('Around The Mountain') gets you out of the city for the south and western part of it which is nice. (both routes are in the link above) Do both aroudn and up which is always fun.
