Versus shows cycling races. I have recently watched Tour of Missouri and Tour of Ireland races. Plus, of course the TdF.

One of the best sites to keep you posted as to whats streaming over the net as well as what is on either cable or satellite -- depending on what country you are in

Today they had the World Champs on, in multiple languages, primarily from Europe. You can stream many of these sites freely over the net. Check 'em out.
P.S. - I was in Ann Arbor just a couple of weekends ago on the pass through of the PEAC Celebration of Cycling. It was way chillier than I had expected, starting out about 48 degrees at 8am. It never really warmed up much afterwards, either... high of 58!
