How do you find the time? Are you single?
Either way, much props.

Once a month whether I need it or not. Although at one point this summer I had ridden 78 consecutive days.
I will be taking regular rest days next season. I'm trying to get faster, this won't work. Particularly since I'm not 35 anymore. I took 3 days completely off the bike before my most recent TT, my legs certainly felt fresh that day.

That's a good question. Unlike the unbelievable technobike weenie contingent here I could give a **** about average speed, vertical feet, etc. However, the climb up to my driveway is 400 vertical feet, and I do that about 300x annually. Right there that's 120,000 vertical feet. My regular Saturday ride is 5,000+ vertical, I probably do 30 of those each year. I'm guessing somewhere in the 300,000-500,000 vertical feet range.

In all honesty...and I'm not saying this to be insulting...
When I'm his age...I hope to be able to accomplish that feat as well.
