ARE FSA Outboard Bottom Brackets compatible with Truvativ

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Interesting....I just picked up a Truvativ compact and was going to switch it with an FSA I'm running on one of the bikes...using the FSA cups. They sure look like they're compatible.

Good to know....thanks.

If it matters, and if I recall correctly, TruVativ BB's are removed with Hollowtech tools...

(or was it Octalink... I totally should know this...)

Truvativ/SRAM BB's have slightly different inside diameters on each cup. A crankset by SRAM/Truvativ requires a SRAM/Truvativ BB.

Shimano and FSA BB's have the same diameter on both cups. They are compatible with each other.

All of these BB's use the same tool.

Is the fancy SRAM Force/Rival/Red kit compatible with regular ol' Truvativ?
