Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Wow !! I could get fat & lazy watching all that stuff !!

$250 for shipping though ?!?! Sounds excessive even for all that. Media rate postage is pretty cheap ...

I enjoy watching pro bike races, but then I also happen to enjoy competing in bike races.

You, clearly, do not.

Because of the bicycle and the Tour de Fance reference at the beginning.

Not that I've ever SEEN it, you know, I mean, I've heard people talk.

Yeah, ProTour status for 2008

No "soccer" for Americans/Aussies and football for the rest (billions) of the world.
The biggest sport on the globe and definitely one of the most exiting sports.
Anyhow it's probably the same as with cycling, if you do not understand the rules and passion then any sport can be boring to watch.
I for example do not share any passion with curling?

What about the Socceroos?
