Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

What tires are those?

It was also another excuse to see this bike
I starting to think about repainting my CAAD8 in white.I might have to talk to 55/Rad as I'm not too far from him in OR.

I've since stripped the bike down and hung the frame up on the wall to await a repaint and conversion to fixed gear. But it will still be white.

This frame is also awaiting buildup but it will not be white. I'm leaning towards Fly Yellow.

Pay no attention to the pedals or bars. I am still fine tuning but I wanted to get this in the white bikes thread before it got too far down the list. She'll get posted to the "What Bike Do You Have" thread as well as her own thread detailing the parts/weight/cost once I have fully completed everything.
Lovely paint job. Is it a pearl white or a creme colour?

I just realised how metrosexual that sounds.

Technically this bike doesn't really belong in this forum since its a SS, but since I'm between road bikes at the moment I took it on a 32 mile ride today.

Thanks!
I built that one from the frame up. It was a project while I finished healing from a broken ankle and dislocated shoulder when i crashed another bike.
