Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I just bought a cannondale caad8 of ebay and I am SO PUMPED! Its a 2005 with full D/A (fsa CF crank) ksyrium elites, and a full CF fork! And it was less than twice what I paid for my specialized allez with sora! I cant wait until it gets here!!! Im gonna explode!! I'm the happiest guy in Wisconsin right now. The only problem is that I worka at an all trek lbs, so I dont know what my managers gonna say

Verry nice, now I'll have to worry about racing you at Nat's! I would be getting a new bike, too but I have to save for college.

i had that exact same bike in a 54 cm, i sold it to a guy in dallas back in october of '06. the only difference was that i upgraded to ksyrium sl's and a new seat post and bars. great bike you will love it. i also had the grey/raw r5000 from that same year before the blue one, spec'd just like it came from the factory. you just can't beat the level of bike you get for the money on that model, its great!!! enjoy your c'dale!!!!

I would say yes. But, who knows. If you are happy, then you certainly didn't spend too much.

Quickly find another bike shop. Preferably one that offers Cannondales so you won't get booted

I bought a very similar Cannondale for the same price except it's a Record Chorus mix. I think we both got good deals.
